When we gathered at that historic, founding assembly in 2018, we didn’t just build a team. We gave birth to a hearth of resistance, a sports popular association that belongs exclusively to its people. From that day to this day, we continue to march with the same inviolable principles, Democracy, Equality, People’s Basis. We never asked for protectors, we never expected saviors.
Today 08/06/2026, the heart of our union beats again where it should, at our General Assembly. In the supreme body where every follower becomes a co-ruler, where theory becomes practice and where the ego bows to the we.
We hold three assemblies each year, but the summer one is our big highlight. It’s time to take the future into our own hands. We are invited to vote on next year’s budget, but also on a decisive three-year plan.
These plans are not dry numbers on a paper, nor cold business plans of technocrats. It is our shared vision. It is the road map for how we will shield our union, how we will grow and how we will keep our flag flying high without backing down from our values.
Why your presence at G.S. it is a duty:
• There are no major shareholders and clients in popular unions. Your vote approves the budget, your look controls the last cent.
• The three-year plan needs your approval, but above all your commitment. Its success depends on the massiveness and rallying of all of us.
• Every time we fill the convention hall, we send a resounding message that our model succeeds, endures and wins by keeping alive the flame of 2018 and the ideals of 1948.
Democracy is not for couches and social media. Democracy requires presence, voice, critical thinking and voting. Being a member of this union means stepping forward when history calls for it.
From 2018 to today, we are moving forward together.
